Join us as we explore the relationship between strength & flexibility in the hips.
The hips sit at the intersection of strength and freedom, where true openness is created through stability rather than force.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how stability in the hip joint creates the conditions for safe, sustainable mobility, rather than forcing openness through passive stretching.
Through mindful sequencing, targeted strengthening and intelligent range-of-motion work, we will refine how the hips support posture, gait, and overall ease of movement.
This practice is suitable for those seeking to deepen embodied awareness, support joint health and cultivate a more balanced relationship between effort and release on the mat and in daily life.

The practice will include asana (movement), pranayama (breath), relaxation & meditation.
