Asana, Pranayama, and Mantra are fundamental practices in yoga that contribute to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and a balanced Yoga practice.

Asanas: This refers to the physical postures in yoga. Asanas help improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and body awareness.

Pranayama: This is the practice of breath control. Pranayama techniques involve various breathing exercises that help regulate energy flow in the body, enhance lung capacity, and reduce stress.

Mantra: A mantra is a sound, word, or phrase repeated to aid meditation and focus the mind. Mantras can invoke specific energies or intentions and are often used to enhance spiritual practice and concentration.

A rich, practical & diverse Yoga workshop that will delve into these Yoga practices and how they contribute physical, energetic and spiritual well-being.
