Explore the healing qualities of the Water Element through Asana, Pranayama, Relaxation & Meditation

Join us for a nurturing and transformative workshop where we journey into the essence of the water element.

The water element is the source of flow, adaptability, creativity, emotional balance, and inner stillness.

Water is governed by the second Chakra Swadhisthana which resides in the pelvic area regulating the reproductive organs along with the hips and pelvis.

Swadhisthana is the storehouse of all our impressions & governs the pleasure principal along with creativity.

Through a thoughtfully guided practice of asana (movement), pranayama (breath), and meditation, we will embody the qualities of water opening the hips and groins and exploring forward bends.

We will learn how to soften resistance, move with grace, and connect with our deeper intuitive selves.

This workshop is designed to support the health of the pelvic organs, bring flexibility to the hips & groins, support the nervous system, and bring a renewed sense of calm and clarity.
