Over 7 hours of uniquely themed Yoga Classes with Jacqui & Shimon!
Each class is a different theme working on different parts of the body or specific types of practice.
Some classes are soft, others strong and many in between.
1. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES GENERAL:
A short 30 MIN and concise GENERAL practice with the Dog Pose sequence, Hip openings and STANDING POSES followed by a short cooling down pose. Improves all over flexibility, generates heat and energy in the body and focuses the mind.
2. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES PRANAYAMA (BREATHING) CLASS:
An informative 30 MIN practice building on the first Pranayama session & learning 2 different practices. Improves energy in the body, oxygen in the blood stream, improves concentration and steady’s the mind.
3. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES BACKBENDS:
A short and concise 30 MIN dynamic practice on BACKBENDS. Practice is invigorating and opens the body up to practice the full backbend UHDVA DANURASANA. Improves the flexibility in the back and spine and extends the heart, lungs and abdomen.
4. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES SANDING POSES FROM DOG POSE:
A short and concise 30 MIN practice of STANDING POSES FROM DOG POSE. Practice consists of warm up Dog Pose sequence along with Standing poses. Improves energy levels, develops co-ordination and improves strength and flexibility.
5. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES HIPS:
A short and concise 30 MIN practice opening the HIPS along with the Dog Pose sequence followed by a short cooling down pose. Improves flexibility in the hips and groins, generates energy in the body and focuses the mind.
6. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES GENERAL YOGA CLASS:
A dynamic 1 HOUR practice including Dog Pose sequence, full Sun Salutations, Standing postures, backbends, and twists. Improves all over flexibility and strength and increases one’s Yoga practice.
7. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES SHOULDERS POSTURES 3:
An advanced 1 HOUR class focused on opening and strengthening the shoulders, arms and chest. Improves shoulder and arm flexibility and strength, chest expansion and thoracic opening.
8. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES HAMSTRINGS:
A 1 HOUR practice focused on bending forward from the pelvis and lengthening the spine. Improves hamstring flexibility, hip flexion, stability in the pelvis, and stability in the legs.
9. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES STANDING POSTURES:
A strong and grounding 1 HOUR practice learning how to refine standing postures. Improves leg strength, balance, hips flexibility and develops stability and endurance.
10. 30 MINUTE / 1 HOUR YOGA SERIES LONG HOLD POSTURES:
A 1 HOUR practice focused on “staying” in the poses for extended timings. Improves flexibility and encourages endurance and a steady mind.
