‘Keep Stretching’ a new 4-part Stretch Therapy Course with Shimon.
Each class is a guided session following on from the first series. Here you will build on that as we introduce new stretches that stretch the legs, back, shine hips and shoulders.
Each class builds in a progressive approach and by the end of the 4 lesson course you will feel stronger, more flexible and move with more ease.
Please remember to practice at your own pace, take your time and most of all enjoy the sessions. We give clear and concise instructions in each session but the practitioner is totally responsible for his or her safety and well-being in each class.
CLASS 1:
First class in the series following on from ‘Start Stretching’ series 1. Here you will learn how to stretch your hamstrings, claves, back and spine and end with a chest and shoulder opening posture.
CLASS 2:
Second class in the series where you will stretch in the full Dog Pose and learn a core strengthening pose called the Plank. The class ends with a chest and shoulder opening posture.
CLASS 3:
Third class in the series where you learn how to extend your spine and arch it backwardly. This is action will strengthen your back and spine.
CLASS 4:
A well rounded and dynamic class consolidating everything learnt in the former 3 classes as well as spinal twist with the chair.
